FAQ's

Q: How can I receive the music from the workshop?
A: After every workshop, studio owners/teachers will be sent a list of the music used for each class through email.

Q: Are observers allowed to take photos and videos during the classes?
A: Observers are allowed to take as many photos as they want throughout the day. However, videotaping will not be allowed in the classrooms. We will have a professional videographer on site that will film classes.

Q: When is the latest I can sign up for the workshop?
A: Sign ups are possible till the day of the workshop. We will accept sign ups at the door, unless the day is sold out. All walk ins will be charged an additional service fee.

Q: How do I register?
A: Registration can all be done online through the website. If for any reason you are having difficulty registering, please feel free to contact us by phone or through email.

Q: How do I know which level my dancer should go in?
A: At Frequency, we have two different levels in two separate rooms.

  • Intermediate Level: 12 & under/1-3 years of training
  • Advanced Level: 13 & up/ 4 or more years of training

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Studio Checks.

Q: When will the finalized schedule be sent out?
A: The final schedule with the faculty and class types will be sent out 1 month before each event.

Q: Will there be scholarships given out?
A Yes, we will be giving out scholarships at all of our events.

Q: Can an individual sign up for the workshop?
A:Yes! An individual can sign up for the event and we would love to have them.
